MORE ABOUT AGRO PONTINO

Agro Pontino, which is entirely located in the province of Latina, is the name of an area that was once covered by the Pontine Marshes, which were definitively drained in the 1930s. The large-scale reclamation of the area made Agro Pontino into an area that is particularly suitable for crops of all types.

The fruit and vegetables grown by single members of the company cover an area of some 50 hectares in a protective environment. To guarantee continued supplies throughout the year, Agri Italia has specialised in terms of varieties and growing techniques to carry out 4 growing cycles every year, covering around 200 hectares for an annual total of 120,000 quintals of produce.
